While we did have a hiccup with delivery, I am very pleased with the product to this point and very impressed with the customer service on making thing right.

My wife found this chair online and I made the purchase because of features and price and to replace a massage chair that had been a great investment but had recently stopped working. I was actually very skeptical about whether they would deliver on their promises, and even wanted to cancel the order, but because the sales rep was so reassuring, and put the guarantees in writing and that I had a 30 day no risk trial period, I decided to go through with the purchase. The company shipped my chair quickly and communicated at each step of the delivery. Overall customer service was excellent. When I got the chair, the setup was super easy. After spending some time learning it, I am super impressed and satisfied with the purchase. It's a better unit than the more expensive one it replaced, and I couldn't be happier with it. Just an FYI, this feedback is 100% true and I don't get anything for giving it. But I'm so happy with it I had to share my experience. I'm definitely keeping it!

Huge disappointment with the flagship 301 chair. I have made several attempts to return the chair with no success via phone calls, emails and messanger.

The chair that I requested was on back order, so it was suggested that I purchase a chair that was already ready to be shipped. The 101 came and I am very satisfied. I know the other chair had a few more bells and whistles, but I really like this chair. I recommend all seniors and/or former athletes to purchase one of these chairs. And the delivery service was excellent.
