Unfortunately, we had to return three orders due to the product not being exactly what we were looking for. We appreciated the effort Michael took to rectify the situation and return our funds from the purchase after we returned the product.

Outstanding customer service and resolution help. Michael Franco was immediately on top of any issue and had everything handled before the call was over. Never had any issues with this company after many orders. Now seeing how they handled some hiccups I have full confidence in any and all future orders which will be done with them.
