Kole Imports & CloseoutsReviews of koleimports.com

The customer service was excellent, no matter the issue with my order.

Great job getting my order to me quickly. All items were as advertised.

I own and operate a dog grooming business. The dog items are at a great price, when I give Christmas or birthday gifts. There are plenty other items offered that are great customer appreciation gifts or promotional giveaways. Everything I ordered so far, I have been very happy. I recommend to other small business owners.

All my products arrived quickly and in good shape! I will definitely be a returning customer looking forward to doing much more business with you guys!

I have used this distributor multiple times and the product has always come as described and in good condition. One time when I had an issue, it was a bit tough to get to the right person, but once I spoke with Michael Franco, he resolved and situated everything for me, helping with things he did not have to help with, and I remain a happy customer. Thank you.

Good quality items for a great price!

Honestly, I didn't expect the level of customer service that I received. Understanding of the issue was appreciated, follow up was awesome. This was a refreshing customer service experience. Thank you Michael Franco!

Extremely satisfied with the response. I will continue to share your website as a place to order in bulk. I also appreciate the professionalism of Michael. Great job.
