Kole Imports & CloseoutsReviews of koleimports.com

I play Santa every year, so I'm always on the lookout for bulk items to include in the kids' gift bags. Kole has some unique items that really add a spark of joy to their faces! The products arrived early and were packed beautifully. 100% love Kole Imports!

This is my 2nd time ordering from them and I've been really pleased with my experience so far. For some reason the 2nd order's tracking link just sent me to the main usps page so I emailed Saturday asking for assistance and received a new link in a reply first thing Monday. I had seen other reviews saying they had trouble getting a response from customer service before I ever ordered but I didn't have a bit of a problem personally. The only complaint I could think of is the nail polish I ordered in my first order had a decent amount that were totally dried up but it wasn't enough to bother reporting it so I've just steered away from ordering polish from them but otherwise it's been a great experience so far. Here's to hoping it stays that way! Give em a try I would say you'll be glad you did.

Great Customer Service

I arrived home to find my boxes here. I have to admit that not getting them on the phone was scary. It just shows they are working on orders. When my next order is placed, I will do it early like this one. I am a happy camper and I love their warehouse. It is fresh and clean. You know it by smelling your goods. Thanks for a job perfectly done.
