Kole Imports & CloseoutsReviews of koleimports.com

great company, great products, a nd even better customer service! I look fwd to doing more business with them soon! ;-)

Email that appeared on the Shipping details is not the email for cuatomer service.

Very fair, easy to work with . Had an issue with breakage of product taken care of easily.

Great prices, our only issues is slow processing of orders and refunds

Very prompt response to my inquiries and needs. The only problem is that I received 5/18 items that had to be disposed due to unfulfillment by Amazon

Great company to work with; especially as an international buyer. There is always follow up as well as suggestions of items that may be of interest given our past purchasing patterns.

Our rep Mark was fantastic! He was on top of everything, tracked our order from beginning to end and handled issues in a timely and professional manner. Overall, the products are great.

Overall a well put together website giving the user the ability to find needed items. Might be a good idea to have seasonal campaign goods placed in go to packets like distributed by Koles.
