I would like to fix the issue that you have expressed in the review as Kole Imports & Closeouts is not in the business of customers having a bad experience, not to mention not receiving product that they have ordered if shippable.. The credit has been processed and it is an account credit that can be used on your next order. Good Morning Anthony Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding your order and experience with our company. I apologize for the delay in getting your FBA processed and shipped. Please note that our offices are currently closed due to the current COVID19 staff restrictions we are working with a smaller warehouse staff. We are not processing FBA orders with prep requests at this time. We can process direct FBA shipments to an Amazon location. Our entire sales and support team is working remotely at this time. Submitted orders can be delayed in processing and shipping times. Your account manager is Evelyn Sanchez and she is fully capable of providing you with status updates on your order. I have reviewed over your order. It shows that it was placed on 11/19/20 and was shipped out on 12/2/20. I checked the shipping labels and it shows the shipment is in transit to the Amazon FBA warehouse location and the order is estimated to arrive by 12/8. We worked on a short work week last week due to the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday 11/26. Your order was delayed for this reason. We understand your frustration with the delay shipment.
