Very smooth process, the website is very user friendly and easy to navigate unlike that of Oriental Trading and other companies in the same business. I was able to place my order quickly and the items are now on the way, according to customer service. Will use again.

We were pleasantly greeted upon entering Kole Imports by Fran - truly delightful. In the showroom, Rudy, our representative, was informative and pleasant - answered our questions completely. We took our time viewing - handling the products. We decided to order online at home in the evening but could have done so in the showroom. Rudy reviewed our order (our preference) promptly in the morning and followed through with the warehouse that the products could be picked up the same day. We arrived at the warehouse earlier than expected. Armando explained our order had not been pulled as we were early - however if we could give him a half hour, he would get it done. Kole Imports Rocks!

When I received my order, several of the items were damaged. As soon as I let them know, the company was very professional and willing to remedy the situation. The rest of my order was great!! So happy!

A minor human error was made with my will call order but Michael helped to quickly resolve the issue.
