I had an issue with receiving something that didn't match what I ordered and was told to ship it back at my expense and that there would be a15% restocking fee. I expressed displeasure with that arrangement. After that it was taken care of without issue fairly quickly. Overall, I am satisfied and would likely order again

Had a little trouble understanding Claire. Her English is not very easy to understand. But overall, she got the job done.

Kole is a great resource for those times when we are in need of product. They always have a great selection, and the pricing cannot be beat. The only improvement they can make is ensuring that product is shipped on the requested time frames when possible. Outside of that our rep Emanuel is awesome and alway takes steps to constantly update on the newest product arrivals that match our typical purchase.

Great site and over the top customer service. They even called personally to verify the purchase and see if there was anything else I needed. That just doesn't happen in this age of online purchasing. Nice job!
