Prices are not stable. Shipping is entirely too expensive (other sites as such offer free shipping on orders of $25, $50, etc).

The website is a little chaotic. It is also beginning to be difficult to compete with Amazon on some of kole imports products. A lot of products are really good quality but some of the products are terrible, like the pink disposable razors are aweful. I tested them myself and I would never sell these to a customer. But overall satisfied with you guys.

I am just getting started. I don't think it is fair to judge on just a few orders.

Koles has a fee decent products to sell on line and dropship. However if the product is fragile it averages arriving broken 40% of the time, this number is my experience. Also if you are trying to ship quickly it is not going to happen, minimum of 4 days. They also have availability issues, if you want the good stuff you need to order in bulk in advance of thier shipment arriving.

Very good honest and regular communication from my sales rep. Unfortunately it took a long time to ship my order due to backlogs. I was kept informed by my rep, but if it was a big order or a re-stock I would be stressed out after that delay

1.Can't find info on previously purchased items when need info about them 2. Too long of time from order til items shipped 3.Need better quality items...too many "cheap" quality items

There were a few discrepancies between # items I ordered and what I actually received. Not much money involved but I did email my sales rep and never got a response.
