Kole Imports & CloseoutsReviews of koleimports.com

Our experience with Kole Imports was very good. We received a few damaged products, but customer service was very helpful and resolved the issue for us.

I've just placed my second order. Really love the products and the customer service is excellent.

They were awesome. Angel my salesman helped and was so kind and forward thinking. Claire was so thorough and prompt online. When we arrived with a Uhaul to pick up our order of thousands of cards... every box was ready, and neatly and precisely loaded by a friendly crew. The product was great, a wonderful deal, a we dealt well-oiled warehouse machine. Looking forward to future business with you. Many thanks

I recently had a great experience with Kole Imports. I had emailed the company a couple of times regarding an issue I was trying to fix and Claire reached out to me and provided me with some outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional and was very helpful when she assisted me with completing my order. I would recommend this company to anyone of my friends or colleagues.

Always available to answer my questions. Great products and service.

I have purchased from Koles for the past couple years, working on my third! My experience has been terrific. I have an amazing sales rep., Carlos Cervantes, he is so very professional and quick to help me with anything that comes up! Kole Imports has a huge variety of products, in all different price ranges. I purchase for a school Holiday Shop and have been extremely successful. My greatest sell through is with Kole Imports! Carlos has been amazing in recommending products that will fit my specific needs. I truly enjoy working with him, as well having his input on products! I highly recommend Kole Imports and I love the personal touch that Carlos conveys!
