Kole Imports & CloseoutsReviews of koleimports.com

Awesome product

I MUST ADMIT I WAS SKEPTICAL OF ORDERING FROM KOLE IMPORTS AND CLOSEOUTS BECAUSE AFTER I ORDERED IT DID NOT POPULATE A SPECIFIC TIME THAT MY PACKAGE WOULD ARRIVE OR ANY TRACKING INFO. SO THEN I READ REVIEWS AND SOME REVIEWS WERE POSITIVE AND MORE WERE NEGATIVE. BUT I SUCKED IT UP BUTTERCUP AND WAITED ON MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE. IT TOOK APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS AND EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER AND ACCOUNTED FOR AND VERY VERY GOOD QUALITY. MY FRIENDS WERE FLOORED AT THEIR GIFTS! I WILL BE UTILIZING THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. DONT PANIC. BREATHE. HUG SOMEBODY!

This was a new find. I was looking for ice cube trays for an activity with preschoolers. I needed 18 of them and had no idea how expensive they would be. Even struck out at the dollar store. When I could find them, they were tiny. Kole's not only had a lot of them, but they were really nice and big with a lid and the lids had slits for holding popsicle sticks. I had to pay shipping costs, but the find was worth it.

I’m going to be totally honest with you: as an international buyer it will take a bit longer than you’re used to. HOWEVER, they will solve it eventually. Absolutely not a bad company, California is hit hard by COVID and they are trying to be as fast as possible. I was not a fan before but they’ve turned it around by solving everything. I will definitely buy again.

Good wholesale prices. Polite customer service. I will order again for sure.

I love me some Kole Imports & Closeouts. I was sent some damaged clocks. After submitting a few documents I was reimbursed and given a discount off my next order. I would have reorder but the product was out of stock. I will continue ordering from KI&C. If shipping wasn't so much I would probably have most of their inventory in my store.

Great products!!! I had a lot of questions in mind before finally deciding to purchase the products, and good thing that their customer service was really helpful! Will definitely purchase again from them!

Cool place to shop! Fast and reliable service and my orders came in earlier than I expected! I love shopping here and I definitely recommend it to other retailers out there!
