Kolaxo Packaging USAReviews of kolaxopackaging.com

Great customer service

We’ve been working with Mike for 2-3 years and he’s superb. Easily one of the most responsive people we’ve worked with in nearly 20 years of business. We get custom boxes, decal rolls, and film packaging from Kolaxo. Quality is good, prices are reasonable, and orders arrive on schedule.

They changed the dimensions of the design I sent them and sent me the wrong dimensions on the packaging. It was unusable. They messed up the packaging twice. Edit: They shipped me some packaging free of charge to replace the incorrect packaging that they sent me. The corrected packaging looks great and is exactly what we discussed. Their mistakes still delayed my product launch more than a month during holiday season for a seasonal product. They also requested that I give them a specific rating after they sent me the correct packaging, which I will not be doing.

What made my experience five star was the personal, prompt and professional interaction with James. Top-shelf guy with an end product equally impressive. Highly recommend Kolaxo Packaging. Kurt

Fast turnaround, great print quality and excellent communication. Our custom boxes were delivered way ahead of the estimated delivery date. Absolutely recommend.

We recently reordered boxes but needed to make a few edits. Fred was super helpful adding a few things to mockup and suggesting a new paper weight to avoid issues we had in the first order. Edits were completed in a timely manner and new packaging arrived quick.

Nice communication and follow-up throughout the process. The team was helpful with some concerns and provided great support for our project.

Working with Fred Weick at Kolaxo Packaging was what made this process great. He was a great communicator and also very helpful when it came to fixing any problems that we had. I would give this a 5 star, however on some of our boxes the cardboard split on us when we built them so we were unable to use all of our 150 boxes due to some cardboard splitting. But the boxes that we had no trouble with were fantastic. Our bread box gift sets worked perfectly for our gift boxes and the 12 pack was awesome! They were beautiful printed in our colors and logo. Overall we are very happy with how these are for us to be able to ship glass bottles securely. Fred was great to work! I am only deducting 1 star for the quality of just some of our bread boxes. Overall very satisfied.
