They changed the dimensions of the design I sent them and sent me the wrong dimensions on the packaging. It was unusable. They messed up the packaging twice. Edit: They shipped me some packaging free of charge to replace the incorrect packaging that they sent me. The corrected packaging looks great and is exactly what we discussed. Their mistakes still delayed my product launch more than a month during holiday season for a seasonal product. They also requested that I give them a specific rating after they sent me the correct packaging, which I will not be doing.

The boxes I ordered turned out pretty nice, but the logo I printed on the sides were not all aligned. When I put multiple boxes next to each other (for sending 3-packs), they don’t look all the same, which is a shame. They also have some paint smell, but it goes away after leaving them open for a few days.
