James was incredible to work with. We had a nearly impossible timeline and he did everything he could to push to get us our order in time. His communication was excellent and he felt like a partner of our team. Will certainly use this company again and love working with James!

Kolaxo packaging is very easy to work with. They are prompt with getting your design drawn up and are accommodating with any changes you may have before printing. Their product is quality and delivered my packaging very fast. Already placed my second order. Thanks, Tina @liquidglamournails.com

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Terry was absolutely amazing! He helped me customize my boxes and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I tried a lot of different sizes and designs, and he was incredibly patient every step of the way. He never rushed me, answered all of my questions, and offered honest advice to help me make the best decision. I also really appreciated his transparency—there were no hidden fees or unexpected costs. Excellent customer service from start to finish! If you're looking for someone who truly cares about helping you, I highly recommend working with Terry. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I had custom cinnamon roll boxes made with a see through top and they are SO cute! I haven't designed this format ever and the company was super helpful with a template and giving me e-proofs and 3D visualizer to see how it would really look. Perfect! Once assembled at home, they're great!!!

I recently got a custom order done with Mike Taylor. We are pleased with the product design. The communication with Mike was very professional and he's really great with details. I will continue to do service with him! We have more thing we are currently doing and working.

Kolaxp Packaging was great to work with. This was our first go at creating a pancake box and James walked me through the steps. I had made numerous revisions and they never got frustrated with us. The boxes printed and shipped promptly. The quality of the box was fantastic. It has a great weight and it felt smooth, sounds weird but it had a great feel. I would highly recommend Kolaxo.

Terry made the design, purchasing and shipping process easy! He worked with me on my ideas, and helped me get a physical retail package in bulk to my business in a months time.
