From start to finish the process for buying this ring was a dream. It looked even better in person, fit perfectly, and my fiancé adores it. It was a surprise all the way until I was in one knee. I will definitely be using KNY again and recommend to every friend I know looking for their ring to propose. The customer service is phenomenal and I am beyond proud of what I received from them!

I had an absolutely great experience with the entire purchase process. From start to finish, I was kept updated through every step, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Any time I had a question, they were quick to respond and very helpful. I also really appreciated the pictures and videos throughout the process. It was great being able to see updates along the way and know exactly what was happening with my ring. The ring itself was even better than I imagined—absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations! The ring was also packaged very securely and shipped quickly, so I felt confident it would arrive safely. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, professional, and enjoyable buying experience!
