This is a scam ! Do NOT purchase ! They clOm they have delivered your item with a fake tracking number and ir never arrives

I ordered the storage basket and I'm thrilled with it. It took 23 days to arrive from China but I was aware it wouldn't be next day delivery. The bag is good quality. The only downside is it cannot be washed, it can only be spot cleaned, for this reason I didn't go for cream. Also, it automatically comes with a bear charm. I didn't realise that, so I paid extra but now I have two charms. Don't need to worry about one being lost.

Worst company ever. I placed an order almost 2 months ago and my tracking number one doesn’t work. Two I have yet to receive my package. Do NOT order for these people

I love our bag! Got it for my son starting nursery and was so nervous seeing the other reviews. Quality was brilliant, and looks exactly like the pics online. So happy with it! Takes around 3 weeks to come as it's from EU.

Love love love this backpack! Got mines a few weeks after order, and it came as described. Color matched what’s online, details of being hand made 10/10 the way they decorated the backpack with the items i purchased, love it IM OBSESSED! everything was nice and soft.side pockets are big enough to hold a big water bottle just LOVE IT wish it gave me the option to upload my picture

After being so excited about my daughter’s bag, it came after a few weeks and I was utterly shocked! The bag was nothing like what the image shown online, the yarn colours don’t look anything like they advertise and it just looks so cheap and poorly made. I contacted them and agree with other comments they are plain rude. I asked for a refund as the bag doesn’t look as advertised so false advertisement and this was their contradicting response; As shown above, the product colour is consistent with our yarn selection, though we understand it may appear lighter or darker depending on lighting and device settings. Additionally, please note that the images shown on our website and advertisements are for illustrative purposes only. This is why we kindly encourage customers to share real product photos, so that future customers can have a more accurate reference of how the item looks in real life. I would avoid at all costs! The bag looks so cheap. Wish I’d have seen these comments before buying!

We love our bag! Our 3 year old insists on wearing it around the house every day! Such beautiful quality!

Very poor customer service. I contacted them after the seams started coming apart and the zip broke after just a couple of months of use and they continued to suggest the damage was not consistent with normal use! Clearly their bags are not suitable for everyday use.
