I have used Knife Country USA for years! They have extensive knowledge of their products and extraordinary customer service. I recently had a question about backpack features and the team responded quickly with personalized advice that truly felt genuine. It's rare to find a company that cares about its customers as much as Knife Country USA!

Josh is a great guy. Ordered a second Pakistan 1071 Cobra Head Sword Cane and sword inside. Have one for inside and one for outside. Great product! Even if you don't need a cane still nice looking walking piece and PROTECTION. Great service, great shipping, and great product. Have gotten many compliments. Then people are amazed about the little sword inside. Even had a friend get one. Thanks all.

Sounds like you’ve got both style and preparedness covered! It’s always great to hear our products are turning heads and getting compliments—and even better when friends get in on it too. I purchased knife from knife country USA on Saturday, which was free shipping....by monday, I decided to see if I could upgrade to USPS priority shipping, So I called them up and Josh handled it before I could even finish rambling on about blades. I am a collector of sorts and I have to say that of all the blade shops I have dealt with over the many years, this was one of the best buying experiences I have encountered. Oh...and I just got an email confirmation that my knife is on the way via USPS priority shipping. The way I was treated made me feel like family, and I will give this company priority in my next purchase.

Wow—thank you for such a thoughtful and generous review. It truly means a lot coming from a seasoned collector like yourself. I’m really glad I could help get that shipping upgrade taken care of quickly for you (even if we had to press pause on the blade talk for a second!). At Knife Country USA, we aim to treat our customers like family, and I’m thrilled to hear that came through in your experience. We’re honored to have earned your trust and future business—and we look forward to helping you find the next addition to your collection. Thanks again for the kind words and support! I purchased 2 Enevu 02 Cube lights I plan on using in April for a trip, 1 of the lights arrived damaged due to a battery leak. I spoke with Josh who offered to refund me the cost of the light without any problem, I really like the light and just asked for a replacement. Replacement being shipped at no cost to me. I was very impressed at how smoothly this process went, usually I'm used to dealing with an arduous, drawn out return process at other retailers, not here, complete customer satisfaction. I will be a returning customer. Thank you, Josh.
