This product is absolutely worthless. Believe me, I have tried them all. When I got this, of course it is for a woman. Yeah Right. It would not fit on my knee at all. I am not that big. Yes, 200#, but it certainly is not all in my knee. Hassle to send it back, so it is in the pile for the Good Will. Maybe someone who is as skinny as a rail can use it. Definitely not for my size. It really is worthless. So tight it cuts off your circulation, Even my husband thought it was crap. Yep, bad news. PS A month a half after I originally posted this, I get a reply about giving my money back. Not a choice any longer. Like I said. I passed it on to the Good Will. Maybe someone else will be able to use it. I did not like the material and it absolutely barely made it past my ankle. NO NO and NO. Keep my money. You nned to make a better product that fits!

These are junk don't waste your money!! My doctor even said they where junk when I told him that I had purchased one. Maybe they would work for bruising or something but definitely not a knee that's bone on bone!!

There needs to be a NO star rating. Considered buying this until I read reviews from Trust Pilot, had it in cart to buy on their website. Decided not too buy and they ring me in New Zealand 10 minutes later to say I haven't completed my order, oh and yes I'd say definitely sent from China as I listened to message they left. How desperate can they be!!!!!! SO apparently they dont have my details and I got the company wrong, what a load of lies. They were the ONLY company I looked at to buy one of these knee braces and I provided my email plus phone number, which they CALLED me on as I fully intended to buy the brace until I did a review search. So if you Intend to buy from this company please do your research first. I DID NOT make a mistake!!!!!!

I am a disable veteran. 100 % Damaged Knees in military they removed the Menicus. Ive suffered a long time. This company only takes orders and give you the runaround. Ordered 2. One size DOES NOT fit all. They said they would replace with a larger size. I contested the charge with my CC company. Stripe the processor answered and my CC processor reversed the charge back to them. I have the evidence. They claim that they would send a larger sleeves based on my leg measurement when they get the money back. They have the money, and still claim its not there, Their problem is to check their account not mine. I provided my bank letter to them and they still deny they dont have the money. Their Guarantee says no questions asked they would make it right. Its been almost a month and they still stall. the product was to small and cut off the circulation to my legs. and I suffered for three days. They resist communicating with clients. So do yourself a Favor and Consider if you really want to do business with a seemingly incompetent company that uses a doctor endorsement that you cannot contact!!!!!

As other people have stated they don't help at all. I don't know how they can make the claims they do and put a so called Dr as a spokesman. I have two bad knees and know other people with similar problems, all these claims, fish oil, green lip muscles, shark cartilage etc don't work, try and find indipentant studies to back them, you can't, just one done by the company's making the products. Just do physio and strengthening exercises for your leg muscles it the best way to help.

These supports are completely useless. I bought two in the hope that they might do half of what their hype says they will do, but not even a fraction of what they pretend. The supports quickly slide down from your knees to your ankles and I mean you only have to walk a few yards and they start to slide. There is no pain relief whatsoever, so walking, running, volleyball (as one of their reviews purported) are not possible without the same pain and discomfort I had before putting these supports on. I put some negative reviews on Facebook and guess what, you guessed, they took them off. I will be returning mine for the full cash back as promised, but I don’t expect this to happen without a fight.

OUR ORDER IS BEING SENT FROM CHINA (not from US as they state!) - Amrelieve state both on their website AND on their Facebook page that they ship ALL items from their US WAREHOUSE- every reply to people states this. When I placed my order, it has been sent from SHENZEN, CHINA. When I let people know this on their Facebook post (who are asking the question), they DELETE my post immediately as for some reason which they are yet to explain to me, they DONT want their customers knowing this . It is very important to be honest to your customers and advise them that their order CAN be sent from China when asked. Please be honest to your customers about where they are being sent from...they have a right to know... .. Update: they arrived and so far are working great and making a huge difference which is wonderful.. They were purchased for someone with serious knee problems and a lot of pain - have tried many types, but these really seem to be working so far. I just hope you can be transparent as to where these are being sent from in future - as honesty is a huge factor in a reputation of a company :-)

I would give no stars if I could! The pressure on the knee made it too painful to wear and they toll down. To return you have to send to the US which cost £13!! Don't waste your money! *refunded but without the expensive postal costs as you insist it be returned to the US
