Old fashion customer service with a good product to boot.
What can I say, firstly the customer service is second to none and the product equally excellent. I purchased 2 knee supports, having taken up running recently. The first sleeves I received were too big. After contacting knee relieve support, I was asked to measure my thigh and after reviewing my measurements, Michelle, a lovely lady from the company organised replacements to be sent out. They did not even require me to send the old sleeves back. I have now used the new sleeve and it really offers huge support to the knee cap when pounding cross country. I would certainly recommend the product and the service of knee relieve. Thanks again Michelle for your great service and product 👍
