These people are ROBBERS, they are simply out there to take advantage of the elderly and sick people. I just don't know how they are getting away with all this. I used to have complete faith in PayPal, but not after they decided in their favour. Their merchandise is sold on false promises, when it doesn't work, they tell you to return it to the USA, which costs a fortune on P&P. I hope all these people working for this company and owning this company get arrested and jailed for life for deceiving the sick and the elderly. SHAME ON YOU AMRELIEVE.

I requested a replace because the "one size fits all" did not fit me. They replied that they will ship me out another one. After waiting almost 3 weeks, I questioned where my order was. They said it had been sent, and provided me a tracking number. This was an email to someone named Angie, who live in Florida. Completely wrong person. Customer service at AMRelieve is a joke and they are not able to do their job efficiently, or effectively. I recommend never using this company. Their product sucks, and so does their customer service.

Size is the issue. Since they are way to small, I cannot comment on the quality. Look ok.

I was very unsatisfied with this product as it did not supply any of the relief it stated tried reaching out to the company on numerous occasions with no response for 85.00 you would think you would be able to speak to someone very unsatisfied with this company and product

I ordered two knee sleeves on May 10th , website states delivery to Canada 3-5 days. I am still waiting for delivery on the 27th. Tracking number does not work, UPS says they never received item AMRelieve says they shipped. Talked several times to customer service, they keep telling me to wait for updates about delivery. It is obvious item was never shipped and I can’t get them to rectify this or refund my money. Not able to speak with the fulfillment dept. that cust serv keeps referring to. Starting to think that they have my money but I am not going to receive the items ordered!!! Asked for someone to call me but apparently this is not possible either. Frustrated and disgusted with the lack of service.

“Useless for all but minor knee stability” I ordered the knee sleeves for my elderly father who has mobility issues. While I am absolutely aware this product would not cure his problems I thought perhaps they could help the knees feel supported. When the product arrived I realized that the sleeve was nothing more than I could pick up from my local drug store for half the cost. Nevertheless my Dad tried the product on, in itself difficult as it is like a sock. Imagine pulling on a sock over an inflamed area. After struggling into the product and attempting to just stand up and taking steps both of us were aware the product sold as a superior support was useless. I am currently looking forward to receiving a return authorization including shipping. If you are looking for a lightweight support for a very minor knee issue pass by this product and go to the drug store pay half the price and see what you are getting

I ordered 18 pair, (yes, I'm a dumba..) o f lg/ xlg socks. I got 5 pair of those and 13 pair of sm/ med. Since then, I tried the lg/xl and found They would cause leg cramps the night following wearing them. I tried to contact them, several times. Their phone tells you that you can email them or push the star key to get a call back. The email has never worked. When I click on submit the word "Wait" flashes but nothing ever happens. If I wait after calling, in about 2min a recording tells me I can call back or email them at cust. support which is the same # that you call them on. I have tried all these methods several times and, no responce. Of course, they have kept trying to sell me more of them through my e-mail. I guess they think I'm a bigger dumba.. than I am. Some of you reviewers seem to have gotten through to them. If so please let me know the secret. I guess my next step is to contact the Attorney General. UPDATE: ITS ABOUT 3 WEEKS OR SO LATER. I can still not get through and they are still sending me a couple of emails a day trying to push their products on me! Oh well. I guess I'm out a little over $200.
