I ordered a pair of the Knee support sleeves. They arrived within a week, shipped here in the USA. They were good but not tight enough, I have worn others over the years that we’re a better fit. I had a follow up email asking me how they were, they also emailed me that they were on the way With a USPS tracking # I explained politely that they were to big, to my surprise they offered to send me a smaller pair for free. I have already received that my order is placed and shipping. How awesome is that.... no hassle, just great customer service. How it should be. I advised Knee Relieve I was not satisfied with the product & wanted to return it. I received an immediate response that they were sorry I wasn't satisfied & they could send a replacement or refund my payment. I requested a refund & was advised that a credit was issued to my account & that I could keep the product & maybe give it to someone else who could use it. They were prompt & courteous & handled my problem in a professional matter.

I wrote explaining that I love the brace but if was a bit too big. They are sending one which promises to be a better fit. Very please with the interaction I had with Jo and prompt service. I have a box full of knee braces and this is by far the best one. Very positive experience! Thank you.

Fantastic product and great service. My brace was a bit loose and I sent in a request for a smaller one and they took my measurements and within ten minutes I had another one being shipped free of charge. This is the best service I’ve had in a long time

I received my knee relieve supports which were too big. I wrote to them and they sent smaller ones the next day. Great service no fuss. A great product.
