I recently contacted AmRelieve to inquire about a refund because my knee supports were turning over and the metal supports were poking through the material. My response was a full refund was no problem but would I like to try larger size supports totally free of charge. I was very happy to do so but I was sent not one but two pairs in 2XL and 3XL. These are so much better and they do help my knee problems a lot. I asked how I could send the old pair back and I was told to keep the ones that suited me best and to give the others away to anyone who may be suffering knee pain. I am so impressed and delighted! Where would anyone get better service than AmRelieve has given to me. This company's staff and their customer care is exceptional and they are a breath of fresh air in these days of less than honest Internet traders.

I have received the ordered brace, but it has come marked XL, and it is so lax as to provide no support whatsoever. The brace needs to be replaced with a medium fit appliance. I stand 1.75 m and weigh 80kgs, so I am certainly not a candidate for any XL fitting - knee or otherwise. How to I get a replacement?

I purchase this product, the knee compression sleeve, after doing the suggested measurements to get the right size. However, the size I ordered was too large. They didn’t have me go through the hassle of mailing the large one back and mailed me the next two smaller sizes without any additional charges. The medium size fit me well and I comfortably wore it playing Pickleball until my knee injury improved. Their customer’s service is top notch.

I have been wearing both knee sleeves almost every day and I love them. They have reduced my knee pain which is bad in my left knee (torn meniscus) and as well as the achiness in both knees. I have been able to remain functional and also exercise with them on. Supportive and warm. Highly recommend.

I have been having problem with my knee for a few years, tried many different medication creams and therapies, it was just temporary and short lived relief, suppose to do surgery too but did not want to go that way. I was a bit hesitant to order online because customer service usually is not there when you need it, but not when comes to this company! Luckily I discovered their product- knee sleeve and first time I put it on it did give me a support and helped with my knee pain and mobility, but it was bit too loose for my leg, kept coming down. I did not have to contact customer service, they contacted me! They asked for my knee and leg measurement, they sent me new one at no cost, and no shipment charge either. That is an outstanding customer service if you ask me! Now I wear my new knee sleeve, it's better fit, better support. I do bend my knee a lot throughout my work, and it helped me tremendous. Wish only if jelly cushion part of the sleeve stays on my knee cap throughout my work shift, without coming down a bit, so I don't have to keep pulling it up....regardless, great and effective product for knee problems!

I had an issue with the Knee Relieve sleeves. Freshy helped tremendously by ordering a new pair for me. I am really happy with them.
