The advertisement says one size fits all. There is no place that I could see to actually measure the knee and get the correct sizing. My Sleeves feel down every block or so. On second try, they asked for a measurement. So, this was inconvenient. I have another set on the way. So, fingers crossed. They were very prompt in replacing them at no charge. So that was good.
