I am giving this a 4 only because of customer service. The trap itself is great, works as advertised. I didn't think it was going to be as well machined as it was.The cone design is very good with very good tolerances. It's a bit heavy but I'm extremely happy with the purchase. The seller is not as quick to respond to questions, if at all, as I would like.

Hi, thank you for contacting us, I did find that the tracking number has not been updated after December 18, and I am contacting USPS to confirm whether it is lost. If it has not been updated on December 30, I will resend it

I was concerned of the quality do to the low price but took the chance anyway. There was some issues with initial shipping but I chalk that up to 2021 Covid, Christmas, current political situation. To my surprise the quality of product I received was excellent, from machining to finish. I do highly recommended KM for your needs, and I will purchase from them again.

I have an issue with an order I am hoping to get resolved immediately.

Shipping took forever. I was told my order was shipped via USPS, when really, it was shipped via DHL e-commerce (the worst shipping service available). When it finally arrived (over two weeks after I ordered), not everything I ordered was in the package. I've been waiting three days for a response regarding the missing item, but have heard nothing. I doubt I'll order from KM Whisper again, nor would I recommend others order from them. Update 12/17/21: the company is now sending the missing part. I’ll update again when it arrives. Update: 12/28/21: the jig arrived on 12/24, just in time for Christmas. The jig is okay, nice and solid, but no bushing in the drilling hole to protect the jig from slips of the drill bit. Overall, the product seems to be well-made. The tube has some slight marring, but for the price, I'd say it was a reasonable purchase. The company could still do a bit better with their communications. I'm thinking that this is a Chinese company (though the website seems to indicate it is based in the UK). I'll give them credit for making this right and increase my rating from 1 star to 3.

Hi, Chad Sorry for the delay in delivery. There are too many orders during Black Friday, and some of the orders are indeed shipped by DHL. But the order shows that you only bought one tube. I don’t understand the missing items, and I don’t seem to have received your email. Please contact me [email protected] or online chat in the store
