Customer service before receiving the product
So I haven't received the product yet. The reason being I placed the order to get this for my Dad for his birthday. I ordered a corresponding piece to go with this solvent trap. Few days later I notice it's still processing so I shoot a email. Kyle messages me that night through email and says he will get it taken care of tomorrow because my dad's b day is coming up soon. The next day he sends me a email that one I chose wouldn't work with the corresponding piece would you like this other one that will work perfectly with it. Which in my opinion is better than the one I purchased for no up charge. Now I that is what I call customer service. He knows his products and what with go with what and he reached out to let me know and took care of me to the fullest extent. I know my dad is going to be super happy. Thanks You so much Kyle for your professionalism and top tier customer service
