Tried to buy a pressure washer extension , looked good and good price. But something happened during the transaction causing my card to be declined. I told the cad it was me and to accept the transaction and they did. I keep getting texts from whoever runs the shopping to complete my order, so I wrote an inquiry . The reply was prompt and asked for more info. Looks like they have outsourced everything and no one is in charge .

Got a 29.95 lamp and rejected their 9.95 warranty. Still was charged the 9.95. Their toll-free is not working, their chat non-existent. Further, they charge a 25% "re-stocking fee". Beware!
