I purchased a pair of waterproof garden shoes. They arrived at my front door in about 6 days. It took a bit longer than promised. When I reached out to them to enquirer about the delivery date they responded within a few hours to assure me they were on the way and would be here in the next day or two. Unfortunately, the shows were too small. The shows were clear marked size 39 which is about an 8.5 US. I wear a 7.5 so was very disappointed. I reached out again asking for a refund. They showed me where it was clearly stated on the website that all items that are on sale are final sales. I know it is a common policy. I should have known. Regardless, they worked with me. I don’t understand the extreme negative reviews. IMO, this company is legit. They didn’t have to help me yet they did. I am more than satisfied with the way they treated me. They were not obligated to do anything for me because of their policy yet they did. My advice, if you order their water proof gardening shoes, or a full size larger. It’s the padding that makes them so snug. The shoes themselves would have been perfect for my needs had they fit
