I ordered their orthopedic pillow, was charged and received the pillow when said which was 2 weeks ago. Then I happen to be looking at my bank this week and noticed another charge that was not the same from the store. I called to find out what was going on and was told this was a subscription fee. I had to dispute this because I did NOT sign up for their subscription plan nor when I was buying the pillow was there a pop up a click and check to subscript NOTHING. They are saying they will refund by next week (ill be keeping an eye out). But be aware they will attempt to sign you up with OUT your knowledge for their subscription plan of 39.99.

UPDATE: They have made 4 additional attempts to enroll me in the $39.99 "subscription". I had to get AMEX to issue a new card and BLOCK any future transactions. Original Review: My order was delivered, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. During the ordering process, I declined the insurance but got charged anyway. They refunded the 9.99 but not without an argument. Then, about a month later they tried to charge me 39.99 for a “subscription” that I didn’t ask for. Thankfully, AMEX caught the transaction and declined it. Don’t risk these charges. Avoid ordering from Klyvera. Just don’t do it !

Highly unprofessional! I hAd tried talking to 4 different persons about a problem with my order, they were rude ,kept getting hung up on!

Just tried to order a mouse trap. Was ripped off. Maybe they’ll send me something, & won’t empty my credit card account. Who knows? Update: I received the humane mouse trap, & it’s exactly what I ordered, & it was delivered on time. I want to strongly advise your company to change the part of the transaction process, that gives the buyer the option of an extended warranty or something (I can’t remember exactly what it was, that was offered. I tried to decline, but was informed that I purchased it). Haven’t looked at bank statement, so perhaps they didn’t overcharge me after all. *** Friendly advice, assuming your company is acting in good-faith, & wants to improve: CHANGE the part of the transaction, immediately after a purchase, when the customer is offered a warranty or whatever it is… The longterm success of your business depends on it.

I too had unauthorized charges after ordering a product from this company.

Update to my original review: The company responded to my email right away and did refund the $9.99 shipping protection since the package was delivered in such poor condition. Upgrading from one star to two. ------------------------------------------------------------- I purchased an item less than a week before Christmas and I chose this site specifically because it advertised three day shipping which would have gotten me the item just in time for Christmas. It was not until I paid for the item that the site informed me that "due to demand" the arrival would be delayed by 3-5 days meaning that there was no way I'd have this for Christmas. In addition, during the checkout, there was an "option" to purchase some sort of shipping protection for $9.99 which I declined, but somehow, I was still billed for that as a separate transaction. I was going to call and cancel right then but I really wanted the item so I decided to let it go and hoped that maybe that meant it might arrive before Christmas. Very naive on my part, I know. The package finally arrived today, January 3, and it looks like it came from someone's Christmas trash. It was a plastic "envelope" that was still sealed at the top but had been ripped open at the bottom and then taped in such a way that part of the inside packaging was hanging out of the hole where the tape didn't cover the rip. The inside packaging was just a clear plastic bag and the item inside looked like it had been pulled out, tried on, then rolled up in a ball and stuffed back in. I have reached out to the company to express my disappointment and to ask them to refund me at least the $9.99 shipping protection. We'll see how they respond. My advice to anyone considering a purchase from this site---go find it somewhere else.

I'm very disappointed with what was billed as an indestructible toy for tough chewers. It took my 4 year old Petty mix less than 5 minutes to rip the ear off and about 30 minutes to find the squeaky toy by gutting it. And I think I bought two of them.
