God bless all the people in the world having diabetes. And god bless the products that make people become healthier and better versions of themselves. It is a must for doctors spread the word of such diets instead of constantly increasing patients insulin dosage.

Type 2 diabetes is caused because of the poor diets we follow throughout our lives. It is only natural that diets such as my diabetes help to reverse the condition. In my case, it is making it way more bearable. I feel so much better and my blood sugar is on point (I can now use less insulin!!)

My weight was dropped, my sugar levels have dropped as well! If only I knew how meat and dairy products can affect blood and arteries... I would have started eating a plant based diet many years ago...I chose to exclude dairy from my meal plan and I feel better than ever.

It is a good product. The diet plan IS personalized (I know because I compared it to my friends plan). It is way easier to stick to using it when it only includes the products you like. Of course you won’t be getting much sugar or “simple” carbs, but it’s a price you have to pay to improve your health. My blood sugar levels got stable after couple of weeks of low-carb eating. What is also really nice, it helped me lose weight. I am using MyDiabetes for three months now and I got from 187 lbs to 166 lbs. I also make the food for my husband and kids to put them on healthier diet. I think this diet should work for everyone.

What a great product that helps with D2. When I got diagnosed with diabetes I got sooo confused on how my life should be right now...Literally everything changes. You hold food in your hands and you don’t know if it’s good for you or not. I found MyDiabetes on facebook and I am really grateful. They answered every single question I had. They tell exactly what to eat, in what portions, they offer exercising routines.. Also you can change products if you don’t like the ones you’re getting that day. Super helpful! Also, my favorite part is that you can print out your week worth shopping list. This makes my life so much easier. God bless for helping us with the condition out!

Excellent service. Would recommend to everyone.

I am really happy with MyDiabetes diet plan. So I have family history with gestational diabetes. My mother had it when she was expecting me, so I naturally wanted to avoid having the condition during my own pregnancy. I consulted my doctor and she said my sugar levels are in the “danger zone” and I’m likely to develop the condition. She then gave me a brochure with diet guidelines to follow to manage my sugar levels. I felt like it’s wasn’t enough as I would still have to figure out a lot of things on my own. So I browsed the net and found MyDiabetes diet. I’m following the plan for two months now and the results are better than one could expect. My sugar levels are really close to norm now (148 mg/dl this morning) and I happened to lose 8 lbs, which is also really nice!

MyDiabetes is an excellent product because : 1) It helps with prediabetes/gestational diabetes and type 2 diabetes. I'm using the prediabetes diet and my mom is using type 2 diabetes diet. 2) It includes products you like more and excludes the ones that you dont like at all. For example, I don't eat meat that much and a lot of prediabetic meal recommendations include eating certain types of meat, so It would make it hard for me to follow those guidelines. 3) Mydiabetes also offers a sports program. you should know controlling diabetes is a lot about controlling weight, so that definitely helps. 4) If you feel like your meal plan starts to get "boring", you can change up the ingredients with the ones that have the same nutritional value. Ok sorry if this sounds like advertising. I'm just really happy with it because it works great for me and my mom(she even decreased her insulin intake).
