With the help of MyDiabetes I was able to prevent gestational diabetes! I had this condition running in my family and I knew I am very likely to develop it myself. God bless mydiabetes. One month following the plan I managed to reduce my insulin intake by 30%. This is a huge success, because in recent years my insulin intake got a bit out of hand. I watched a documentary were they showed how meat and dairy can affect your blood, so I got my plan with very little meat and dairy options. I am following it for 3 weeks and I haven't felt better for years. My sugar levels have dropped and so has my weight.

Ever diabetic person should try following MyDiabetes diet plan. I love that it is tailored to your need, schedule, time you have for meal prep.. I am 2 weeks on it, but I already feel like I have more energy, less bloating and lower blood sugar levels
