Reversing Diabetes is possible! I've had Type 2 Diabetes for 6 years and was on 104 units of insulin a day. My physician kept upping my insulin dose because I was insulin resistant. That was not the right approach. After two months of following my meal plan, I have reduced my insulin intake by 40%, I've lost 17 pounds and my overall health has improved significantly. You cant let diabetes control your life!!!! You have to be controlling diabetes!!! And if you want to really help yourself, you should do it with food, rather than tons of medicine.
