Amazing, easy to use and follow. No only did I feel a lot better after day one but I’ve reduced my medication dose and have also lost 1 stone in month one! Full recommend this to anyone and everyone’

I am new to counting carbs. My meals are 50-100 carbs for the day. I am also a celiac. I need a meal plan that meets my needs. Lot’s of good ideas and I am able to be loosing weight. I have a long ways to go! I am learning a lot. I am not able to remember everything yet. Time will help!
