The meal plans are top notch with a wide variety of foods. Very little chance to get bored with the menu. It would have been nice to be able to select your start date so you could more easily track your progress, though. While I love how quickly my meal plan was ready, it made me feel a little pressured to go out and buy food for the menu when it started to push me to use the menu immediately. Especially at this time the state of the economy should be enough to make it plausible that someone would need to wait until a later date to purchase food for the new meal plan due to economic restrictions. Great product, though, and I would definitely recommend it to others, just be prepared and if available funds for grocery shopping are an issue, wait until it's your gelatin time to go shopping.

Love the app. It's allowing me to keep a great record for my doctor. Love the meal suggestions and recipes. It would be even better if I could include my own recipes and get the same feedback. It's helping me keep track of my movement and water intake. I need that extra push in the area. Now if I can just get my levels regulated, I'll be in great shape. And I've already lost the few extra pounds I picked up through the winter.

The app is easy to use and I really enjoy being able to change a given meal choice if I want to. I've lost 11 pounds so far and I'll continue to use the app to meet my weight loss goals.

This program has changed my day to day approach to controlling my diabetes. i now keep tracks of my sugar levels and blood pressure on a daily basis. The menus have been a god send as i live alone and i could choose my favourite food. the shopping list is so helpful and easy to use. I also love the exercise program that has restarted me exercising as it can be done at home, so i don't even have to go to the gym. I would recommend this app to anyone with type II diabetes like myself.

I am pre diabetic and need to.lose weight. I have no self control and can't stick to any diet. I have been following this meal plan for 10 days and loving it. The recipes are easy to follow though they take a bit of planning. I have had to buy a lot of ingredients that I don't usually buy but I have greatly enjoyed every meal. It's always easy to change out a meal if there is something you don't like or feel like eating. Every meal is a new adventure and that coming from someone who hates to cook! Best news is I've lost 3 lbs without ever feeling hungry!
