I absolutely enjoy the app. It has taught me a lot and the meal plan works for me. Wish I could search the recipe database. Great recipes that take into account your likes and dislikes as well as your diabetic needs.

I’m loving the app so far and learning so much! I like being accountable and also all the recipes. I feel like it has brought me out of my slump of always eating the same things and assuming so many foods were bad for my diabetes really aren’t! Loving it all, only two downsides for me is that my Fitbit doesn’t sync with it and I find logging my own food to be harder than it should be.

Klinio has helped me get over my denial of my diabetes diagnosis to now taking control and managing it. The meal plan, exercise plan and habit tracking are so useful. The app is very user friendly and educates while allowing you to track meals, weight, blood sugar and more in a motivating fashion.

Great program, easy to use. Meal plan is easy to follow with regards to ingredients and preparation time.

Klinio is a very good program for those with type 2 diabetes. They have recipes and meal plans along with exercise programs that help to guide you along. They also keep you focused with daily emails that help you along.

Love the easy to use app. Keeps things straight forward and use to use/understand. Would like to be able to add own meals and nutrition facts but really like the meal plan they have.
