The program made me feel positive and that it was possible for me to start a switch to being healthier! The recipes were simple, tasty, and foods that I actually enjoy. Klinio laid out an easy way for me to make a plan so I didn’t feel overwhelmed making one by myself, which is what had been keeping me from doing it in the first place.

I have struggled to keep my weight down and it is a great help to have this Klinio app. I can plan meals even on holiday and all my calories are counted for me. I find it very motivating to exercise when I know how many calories I'm burning. The meals are excellent and I love having choice. Great program. I love it.
