Most food plans are complicated with ingredients that are either hard to find, expensive or out of season. Klinio has recipes for every meal that are easy to follow, time conscious for the busy person, have easy to access ingredients that cater for various budgets. The food suggested tastes great and does not leave you feeling hungry. Following Klinio's food plan has helped me to lose weight in a consistent way and educated me on changing to and maintaining appropriate eating habits without feeling deprived.
