I needed a clear guide to follow Klinio provided a simple step by step guide to achieve my goals

I have been using Klinio for a month and have found it very useful for my Diabetes program. It is a comprehensive app which allows you to track your blood glucose, your weight, your meals and your activities. There is also an option to track your blood pressure, which I don't use. There are also daily articles to read.

I was not sure about Klinio at first because I felt everything I tried in the past didn't help me. Klinio is easy for me to understand and I don't feel I am pressured to be in the app all the time. I have a heavy schedule with work and this has been a great app that is organized, clear to read, and not overly cumbersome with a ton of information. There's plenty of good help and info that helps me keep on track. I just wish I had found it sooner. Thankful for Klinio helping me better understand what I need to be doing to manage my A1C, how I eat and why things work the way they do. Thanks, Klinio!

I love, love, love the Klinio app. I can be a very skeptical person when it comes to things like an app helping me with my health. Klinio is hands down the best thing I have ever encountered. I was so nervous when my doctor told me I was pre-diabetic. A friend recommended Klinio I purchased and downloaded the app. I use it everyday and log into the app no less then five times a day. I highly recommend it!!
