I have been pleasantly surprised by the meal plan. At first, the shopping list was a little intimidating, but I have used every ingredient, and I have enjoyed the meals! It is a challenge for me to plan ahead and make my lunch and snack the night before (because I pack my lunch each day), but I'm getting in the habit. The fact that I have eaten no junk for 2 weeks so far and have lost 4 pounds makes it easy to keep going. I get the sense I am doing a good thing for my long-term health.
