Buyer beware. Once you pay you can never get your full payment back even if you view the plan and cancel same day. Goes against the legal right to change your mind on any purchase. Not interested that you will never use the program will only give you half of your payment. I cancelled the same day as soon as I could view the plan and realized it would never work for my schedule. The company's response speaks for itself. You don't see the app before purchase and when you do see it and don't like it you will never get your full money back. There is no consumer purchase law that supports this. I am in the process of making an official complaint about this practice.

I cannot speak to the success of the diet as when I received it I realized there were things on it I cannot eat: chia seeds, soy, gassy foods (too much in one day), etc. When signing up they ask you what favorite foods you like though didn't ask you what foods you couldn't or didn't want to eat. If they did I would have responded appropriately. Therefore, I asked for my money back in less than 24 hours after I purchased it as I cannot use the diet. I was then told they could augment the diet for me though after a thorough review I knew it wouldn't work because of other medical issues. I was told that because it was a digital product and could be printed out and become a tangible product that they could only give me back half (which would be $35, I ordered the diet for one year)! I was offended by the implication that I would print out the diet and make it tangible and then ask for my money back! Very poor customer relations. I only received four weeks worth of the diet and they want to keep half my money. I respectfully wrote back to them, explained my hurt and disbelief, and have not heard back from them yet. I will give it until Monday before I take further action. From the other reviews other people have stated that the diet is working for them and I do not want to take that away from the company. However, their customer relations policy is not very customer friendly or oriented, which is just as important.

I’m only giving one star because zero was not an option. This is a total scam. DO NOT believe their 100+ happy customer reviews on their website. There is no option on there to leave a review, good or bad, which tells me that they reviews are all lies. When doing the questionnaire I clearly stated that I can’t eat fish but the diet plan they sent me was full of it. Also, I was to eat a piece of lettuce for my breakfast. Who eats just a leave of lettuce?? What a croc!! I asked for a refund, they will only give me half of it back, I bought the year subscription for $66. Lesson learned!! I hope others read the reviews and listen before making the same mistake I did. I’ll be filing a claim with the attorney general, the FTC, Facebook, and my bank.

I order things on line all the time. I placed my order and paid using PayPal. When I received confirmation I saw it was a different amount than what I believed. I immediately (within 2-3 hours) contacted PayPal and the team who collected the money. PayPal said I needed proof (?), and I would have let it go but I was still receiving emails from MyDiabetes.com so I reached out to them. They claimed they offer refunds within 2 weeks so I sent them back proof that I had reached out to their parent company and PayPal within hours. They again denied it explaining since PayPal did not uphold my complaint, they would not either. I have never and will never access my materials and will not recommend this company. I contacted support again as I was requested. Yep. No help. Partial refund if within 14 days. Punishment if you go through PayPal

Let the buyer beware. The site says that they will provide meal plans prepared by a nutritionist. What you will receive is a computer generated list of random ingredients with no suggestion of how to turn them into a meal. It's truly a scam. No nutritionist tells you to eat a snack of sesame seeds.

Do Not Waste YOUR time and Money! Paid for the 45min service and did not receive the plan. I Emailed over asking for a refund and mydiabetes claimed the had sent the plan within 2 hours- still not the 45mins I paid for. I still do not have it, I’ve check junk box. They still won’t give me a full refund Despite asking twice now. I’m posting here to warn you all, do not fall for the trap. I am writing to the financial ombudsman and my bank is away. It’s fraud what they are claiming. Be aware they have multiple company names including Keto based sites. Always check and compare company numbers. Stay away! My diabetes, I’d still like my FULL refund please.

Annoyed with this company. I purchased the program 12 hrs ago. After seeing that it's the same company that makes the keto cycle program (which I didn't realise until I got a text message from them). Immediately asked for a refund 5 mins later. And as a other reviewer said the phone number they give on their contact info is wrong there's too many numbers for it too be a real number. The reason I am not happy with this my diabetes plan or the keto cycle plan (which it looks like it's pretty much the same). Is cause the food combinations are weird and not liveable. Who eats toast with green beans for breakfast. Or a bunch of seeds combined with some ground pork for dinner.Sure you can change the ingredients but they replace with equally weird combos.. I think this is a computer generated plan not a human making these.. Also everything I ticked off on there saying that I don't like this or that ingredients are all included in my meals. Alot of seafood on here and I can't eat seafood. SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. your better off to do diet doctor. At least their food and recipes are liveable.
