I got a call from a doctor saying that I was pre-diabetic. I was extremely shocked and wasn't sure what to do to reverse it but this app helped to get me started back on the right track. It gives plenty of good healthy recipes that are easy and also tasty and gives a lot of good information everyday.

As a type 2 diabetic for over 2 years, I have been struggling with keeping my A1C in check. I also noticed that my insulin requirement was increasing. I desperately wanted to do something other than just increase my insulin. In 1.5 weeks I am happy to report that my A1C has gone from 8.2 to 6 with no insulin! I could not be happier.

As a new user, I have come to learn so much more about managing diabetes. Historically my family has suffered with finding the right support to manage their diabetes. Although I am not diabetic, I often wondered how I can I help keep them as healthy as possible. Klinio has been that support I have been looking for.
