SCAM !!! SCAM !!! SCAM !!!I ordered and my payment went through never received anything. I ORDERED ON JULY 1 2020 AND EVEN AFTER I DID A COMPLAINT I HAVE RECEIVED MY MONEY OR WHAT I PAID FOR

DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR DIET. ONE BIG SCAM. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR NEXT MONTH, BEFORE YOU EVEN TRY THE DIET. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!

Rubbish they charge you for a personalised plan I paid through PayPal ( another story there !). The website puts you through the steps you end up spending an extra £5 to get it in 45 mins. I never got the plan. (Had to get it through PayPal resolution centre ) asked for money back from the company no help. The plan that I didn’t get through the resolution centre was NOT personalised as described. A complete waste of money. Save your money and don’t buy.

So I ordered this and thought that it would be a good idea being prediabetic and it look like there were enough options to be able to customize for somebody who has food allergies and doesn’t eat certain foods. Unfortunately that just isn’t true the diet doesn’t allow for swapping of certain breakfast foods and it also doesn’t even give you an option to Filter out things that you’re allergic to like fish, shellfish, artificial sweeteners Etc. I don’t want to head and emailed them requesting that they reversed the charge on the same day that I made it and have not heard back from them yet. I’m going to be contacting my Lending institution because it looks like from the other reviews that they don’t really fix any of these problems. Beware this may work for one or two people but in general it’s just a scam

I pay for my diet plan a never go it they charge me and say it didn't go tru but they try to charge me 2 times ,reported to my bank and in the end went tru once anyways I did not receive nothing

Ordered June 27, still waiting for meal plan. Contacted “customer service” June 29, no response. Very quick to take full $70 payment though.

Ordered the plan received email that it was ready. Clicked on the link and was told that there was a problem with my payment. Click here to fix to it and bam charged another $66 on top of the previous $66. Now im out $132! Misleading and a fraud

I'm trying to get my refund back I order the wrong one, could I some help here, please
