It is very helpful having an App to guide you through the day and also keep your data all in one place . It also helps that they have recipes for daily food choices

Daily glucose and weight monitoring! I like being able to watch my daily weight and glucose progress. The simple monitoring daily makes me more aware of what I am eating and how it affects my blood sugar.

Klinio has kept their promise and have sent the book and fuel boxes for diets. However, I can't seem to load my diet plans. I would rather they came onto my computer and not on my mobile n play store.

Klinio's nutrition program gives me a picture of the meal, the ingredients and the directions to prepare it. If I wants to eat something else, it gives me choices. Love it!

My blood sugar was out of control, over 200. Within the first week, it had dropped to the low 50’s. My doctor dropped my insulin from 22mg daily to 16mg. We are still working on making proper adjustments but this is only 1 week literally. So excited to keep dropping for my health.
