I have type 2 diabetes for years now. I didn't treat myself properly. Always focused on insulin rather focusing on my diet. In one forum I read a conversation about how people have great results and improve their wellbeing by just eating the right food. This means they also reduce their insulin intake in often cases and since I recently had to increase my dosage, I decided I will get myself on a diet as well. My Diabetes I found just while surfing the web and gave it a try. It's good product for a reasonable price - you get a personalized meal plan without even leaving your house. The recipe are easy to make and do not require any fancy expensive ingredients and it is great.

Many people from my family had diabetes. I grew up seeing how it messes up people's lives. However, I didn't care until I got older. Recent visit to my doctor showed that my blood sugar levels aren't so good and it really got me worried. I had to completely change the way I eat and I am super happy I found MyDiabetes. The diet plan I received is way easier to follow than I could have expect. What is really lovely, is that when you take a quiz to get the plan, they ask you what ingredients to include and what not.
