Charged unknowingly from Paypal - cannot even access the site. None of our emails recognised by the site?? Paypal refused to credit saying the charge had been correctly posted?!

This Company and Product is 100% deceptive. I signed up after seeing an ad on Facebook. Containing meals made with normal household ingredients. Sadly, I found that much like many others that the Nutrition, Meals section is automatically generated with exotic ingredients not available to me. I generated a shopping list, and it would have raised my weekly grocery bill by 300% While signing up I did not find out it was only an app until I had paid, and they gave me my information to log in. In less than 24 hours I asked for a Refund. It took 4 days to get my first response telling me to just try it again. Telling them that the meal plan did not work for me I was told to change the meal. I tried that and all it does is change the meal to an Auto-Generated recipe that does not work for me. Making the app useless. I again asked for a refund and as of right now I am told to "try it again" So with each email, I am told they can refund my money but then they leave it with “you tell us what you want to do” I have told them and that is I want a refund. I am trying to find this company on the BBB to make a formal complaint. I will be updating this soon! UPDATE ---- 11/27/2020 After finally getting a reply by direct message on Facebook, my 7-day email trip is over. They graciously gave me back 50% of what I paid. Keep in mind I never used the product after looking at the app and did request a refund within 24 hours. I'm not sure what they did to deserve 33.00 bucks but half is better than nothing. I see many reviews being flagged by this company, makes me wonder if they are removing legit bad reviews. If needed I will gladly forward my Chain Email from Cindy to Trustpilot. In the end, I would not recommend anyone use this service, there is a reason they do not offer a free trial. They have an incredible amount of pressured up-sales. You even have to pay 5.00 USD extra a month just to be part of the community. Just joining was 70.00$ Stay away, many free apps offer the same service with more user ability.

If I could give zero stars for this I would. I ordered this, one day later had buyers remorse and they would not refund my money.

Your product is not what was described in the literature. It's ingredients are too high in price, the recipes are ones that either a) I already use, or b) have ingredients I'd never purchase because they are expensive! I've asked 4 times for my money back. I didn't even have the app on my phone long enough to use it. Refund my money! They only refunded half of my money. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RESPONSE!!

scam app, lie about 100,000 positive reviews - hard to opt out send you spam limited to no help. support hard to find.. can't cancel all round scam - keep away from the jokers - some good info but constant trying to sell you more adds and crap after you pay.

Replies to queries are SLOW if you get a response at all. Could not get meal lists on time for the new month, still waiting for SEPTEMBER!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

This diet was supposed to be tailored to my type of diabetes and my food likes/dislikes whilst providing nutritional information to support dietary/insulin requirements. I'm a type 1 diabetic and require to have the carb count of my meals in order to adjust my insulin doses to help stabilize my blood sugars. Having the nutritional information in the form of a % does not tell me what I need to know to adjust my insulin; these numbers need to be in the form of Grams. Thus rendering the information you boast that you provide useless! The quiz I took at the beginning of the process may as well have not been part of the process as all the foods I said I disliked were included in the diet. Being told just to change them out, for me, would insinuate that it is a generalized program sent to everyone to adjust as they see fit. If it were individualized it would not have contained the food I did not like in the diet sheet. Most of the recipes were not complete, in the instructions of how to make the dish some of them referred to food that wasn't supposed to be in the recipe and other recipes just didn't bother listing the instructions on how to make the dish. The diet is NOT individualized and it's not tailored to the type of diabetes that you say you have in part of the questionnaire. I have followed YOUR T&C, section 6.2, provided all the evidence that the item was not as described within 14 days and all I received was a run around from your Customer Services. You have not upheld your own T&C's. A current ongoing dispute with Paypal to try and get my money back to be told by your customer services, more or less, suit yourself. AWFUL COMPANY, with an AWFUL ATTITUDE. COMPLETE WASTE OF £52 especially at the moment when money is tight. I hope you pride yourself in taking money from those with health conditions and not providing goods fit for purpose and not to provide a refund when due process has been followed!!

Horrible Customer Service and they try to upsell you more than help you. The meal plan wouldn't load for a week and when it finally did the "meals" were a joke. Realized what a horrible job they were doing when they couldn't follow through with the $5 upgrade for a speedy result. Been trying to cancel ever sense. I would rather get shanked in the belly then give this company another dime.
