So far, So Good!!
I've only been using the Klinio for a couple days, and so far I'm impressed. My sugars have improved slightly and I've already lost 1 lb and haven't been perfect with the diet. Don't feel deprived and most times can't even finish a whole meal. Waiting for delivery of the weight loss fuel drink. Hoping it will add to the benefits and success

Great communication and meal plan
The communication with Klinio has been very good . Like the meal plans and workouts . Have been on a lot of diets and program this is the most relavent for my diabetes and my control of it . Have already lost weight and very happy

Klinio is well worth it!
Klinio offers a nice variety of meal plans to follow. I enjoy the structure of the suggested meals each day, but also the flexibility of doing my own thing and entering the information myself. An auto generated grocery list based on my meal plan is very helpful in planning my trip to the store. I have lost weight on this plan, and have not felt hungry once. I would recommend Klinio!
