I signed up for the plan and realized after one day it's not gonna work for me. I can't find the number to call to get my full refund back as they stated. I emailed them and no response either. I am worried this is a scam. I want my money back asap. Never again will i trust any online service.

I signed up for this program and the menu is very high in carbs which is not good for someone like me who is prediabetic . I can not find an email or phone number to contact them to cancel.

I was really excited about the program. However, after joining, I realized that the meal plan won't work for me and my family. I contacted the company twice via email regarding the cancellation. It has been 5 days. I still haven't heard back from them. So, make sure it's what you want before paying. It might be difficult to cancel. [Update] 3 days after writing this review and 5 days after initial contact with the company via email, I was given the full refund. Thank you!

I ordered something from this group sux months ago. I'm wondering why I just got another $34.00 charge on my credit card this past month. Refund my money and do not charge my card again or I'll contact the Better Business Bureau. Noom did the same thing last month. Everyone watch your charges on your credit cards.

I purchased a subscription and then found out that didn't give me access to everything in the app. If I wanted access to different areas, I had to pay more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS, THEY ARE THIEVES, they are only interested in taking as much money from you as they can get. You can find better diabetes apps that once you pay for a subscription, you get access to everything in the app. When I said I wanted a refund the day after I purchased, they only offered to refund 50% of the money I had given them and I hadn't even used what I purchased because I didn't pay more to use the app. There are so many bad reviews out there about My Diabetes, please read them before parting with your money.

Ich habe am 04.Dez angemeldet aber gleich wieder am 04. Dez gekündigt da es nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach. Ich habe Ihnen sofort per Email mitgeteilt, dass ich Kündigen möchte. Aber es war schon 10 Tage danach, als ich endlich ein Email von Ihnen am 14. Dez bekommen habe. Aber Sie haben mir nur mitgeteilt dass ,Sie nur 50% erstatten können und mir empfahl nochmal zu überlegen. 50%??? Niegendwo steht es. Seitedem habe ich nichts von Ihnen gehört. Kundenservice ist sehr schlecht , Man kann nicht per telefonish erreichen. Mann muss sehr aufpassen. My Diabetes diet!!!!!!!! Ich bin total unzufrieden. Bitte erstatten Sie mir das alle Geld schnell wie möglich.

This is the second time I have been charged for your diet plan. Neither time have I received diet. First time ilet it ride. This time I have contacted my bank and I am going in next week to sign papers to allege fraud. This company is nothing but a scam. I expect my money refunded to my account by Tuesday December 21 2020. If not I will ask my son to file legal work against your company. Since are so hard to contact, I realize that it will be difficult to sue. Oh well, I helped my Son through law school so he works for free
