I do not like the plan. It is too regimented. I just had a blood test taken and I am and 6.5. AIC so this not a plan for me. I would like to resign from the plan.

I would like it to be easier to use the foods I have in my cupboards. I can't eat coconut, tomatoes, nuts and dairy. The foods they say to eat are over my budget. We should be able to choose our own foods and they can tell us how much to eat. I'm not sure I like this app and they say if you want a refund it could take months.. that's not right. If I want a refund I want it now.

From a personal point of view this particular eating plan was unfortunately not suitable for me. It's too ecclectic for my tastes plus many of the items are not available in my country. And despite stating I have a nut allergy, I did get meal and snack options with nuts. So be careful. Once I explained this to the team they were helpful and receptive.

Not happy with long https address with so many 0's or are they O's? Is that why I can't pull it up on the computer?Want it on the computer and not on my phone. Was able to pull it up on my phone, but looks like it is food I don't eat. I want to cancel with no more money taken from my account.

Hei, Ich habe da mal mitgemacht, aber gleich wieder gekündigt da es nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach. zunächst EMail an amerikanische Firma, leider keine Antwort oder Bestätigung bekommen. Dann solange gegoogelt bis ich eine deutsche Adresse gefunden habe, da kam dann eine Antwort. Aber mir wurde gesagt diese App sei digital und sie könnten nur die 50% des Kaufpreises rückerstatten. Also von 66€ bekomme ich leider nur 33€ zurück. Unverschämt ich habe gleich nach der Abbuchung gekündigt und dann bekomme ich nur die Hälfte zurück. Finger weg das ist nicht seriös! Lg

Purchased for my husband for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, he cannot eat a lot that is on this plan due to allergies.There are many seeds and nuts, which he can't eat due to diverticulitis. He said they're feeding birds after he'd read it. They told me that they couldn't refund because I was over the 14 days. Wouldn't do it again, that's for sure.
