I was disappointed with plan, had a lot of foods Idont eat. Hoping I can get my money back

Not very happy with this app. Was expecting more of a structured meal plan of listing the number of servings per day of carbs, proteins and fats. Meal suggestions added. I tried to download the meal plan and shopping list and was unable to do so. Meals suggestions are not conducive for someone who works and does not have the ability to make elaborate lunches. This doesn’t give the ability to track what you are eating. Also not happy that it doesn’t align with my Fitbit where I track everything. Only goes off of Apple Health app which is not accurate for me as I do not carry my phone 24/7. Very disappointed that I paid for years worth of this app and I don’t find it helpful at all. Unfortunately a waste of my money.

I signed up today for a 3-month trial. I declined all the affiliated products. Not one hour after I signed up, my inbox began filling with spam email about all the affiliated products. I canceled my plan today (although I'm stuck with the charge). Use this app at your own risk.

The app is very basic with not many ways to really customize the days meals. I find the search for alternate meals to be terrible. Even when I know the name of a recipe I want to make, I cannot find it as the filter options are not helpful. I’m not sure why there is no search option. The plan is also way too time consuming for someone who works. I do not have time to prepare 5 meals a day and there are no quick non preparation meals. The only way to print a recipe is by printing a day of recipes. When each recipe is printed the measurements are all converted into amounts that are not easy to decipher. Instead of saying 1 avocado it has an amount in ounces. The construction of the shopping list is impossible to actually take to the grocery store as it lists every ingredient in every recipe regardless of they are the exact same thing. Ex. Chicken breast raw, chicken breast grilled and chicken breast cooked. I am completely dissatisfied with this app and am really upset I wasted my money.

Beware! I must have downloaded this app at some point but don't have it now, nor can I access an account as it doesn't recognize my email address as having an account. However, they are now taking money out of my PayPal account. I am not signed up to any subscription. This seems totally fraudulent to me. Be very careful what you sign up to.

This companies advertising tactics and refund policies are horrendous. I really did not understand that I had signed up for two of their products, I got back to their support team within minutes and requested a refund of my $166.99. I am retired and 84 years old. They acknowledged that I contacted them, but then kept getting e-mails to activate the plan, which I have not done. Now, just a few minutes ago, I have been told they will refund half my money and if I contact my credit card company I will get no refund. I went to call them the other day, they are located in Lithuania and have an out of country phone number. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I purchased this diet with a 5.99 monthly subscription thinking I would try it. The meals require 500 ingredients so I decided to cancel. Turns out they charged me for the whole year anyway. This is a rip off. Be sure you want it before you agree.
