After reading the reviews I noticed something odd. The "individuals" writing the 5-Star reviews have only written one review on Trustpilot. Several leaving a 1-Star review have multiple contributions on Trustpilot. I trust those. Like so many other online scams they load up review sites with fake reviews, or in some instances the "review site" is ran by the scammers. I truly wanted to believe Klinio was legitimate but after doing some research something stinks.

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. Aside from the daily email reminder to subscribe before I actually did, the first thing this app does it give you several "options" that you have to pay for. Quite frankly, they should be included for £60 per year. I didn't take any, signed up, and then got hit with another request to subscribe. I can't get past this screen without paying a second subscription fee. Absolute bunk, a complete scam.

This app is not user friendly ( difficult to navigate and change settings). You can get any of the things provided on this app for free on other apps. You have to enter all information ( it does not track steps, etc.) and entering info is difficult. I canceled my subscription but they do not refund your money. You are stuck with the app until the end of the period you paid for . I stupidly paid for a year so I am out 70$. Do not be fooled by the reviews on their website! Buyer Beware!!!

What to eat, how much, when, and why. Yet you didn't act to get Klinio. So I'm forced to delete your details today. If you truly wanted to reach 150lb, you'd take action. So do you? Are you ready to start transforming your body and improving your health for good? Only you know the answer. You can do it for 18 cents a day. That's cheaper than diet coke. Christine, Klinio's Head of Nutrition" UPDATE/RESPONSE: In response to Klinio's reply: It is not the "numbers" I object to, nor the supposed intent of your team to be helpful. It is the tone and language being used to reel in hesitant clients/customers, as if actual human beings are being inconvenienced by my delay when we all know the plans are computer-generated, and based on broad and shallow data sets. As if comparing the daily cost of your program with the cost of a single bottle of diet soda isn't agregiously passive-aggressive manipulation. You have completely missed my message and frankly, knowing your initial response was itself computer generated, so too, I believe, is your 2nd. You will acquire customers with genuine customer service and empathetic marketing.

The app makes promised that it does not fulfill. The personalized meal plan is bunk. There is a spot to put in custom ingredients but it doesn't recognize ANY ingredients. It is very cumbersome and takes far too much manipulation to he worth while. I find most of the recipes are not to my liking. I have not had any luck with this app and I desperately need to manage my diabetes and thought this app would be a huge help. Instead it has been a huge fail. I want a full refund.

So, there's a few things that I'm basing this review on. It may be slightly biased; however, I've been waiting almost 4 weeks since my initial request for a refund and have only received one email. In the email they agreed to refund half of the cost, and then proceeded to refund me $1. And even though I submitted proof of a faulty product, I have not heard anything back from them. So, onto the review. Customer Service: Atrocious, as detailed above. Product: Filled with false promises and hopes. When I signed up for this, I was sold on what their website promotes, which is an app that "offers a personalized meal plan." However, there is nothing personalized about it. Before you sign up, you take a VERY narrow survey that asks you about 10 allergies, and 10 foods you don't like. When I took this, I thought I would be eventually asked to further elaborate on these items. That is not the case, and in actuality, when I finally did receive the meal plan, it included many (and I do mean many) meals filled with items I'm allergic to (almonds, shellfish) as well as many things I don't eat (avocado, for example). The thing is, I'm not a picky eater, but so many of the meals included those things that I don't like. Grocery List: The app does create a grocery list, which is nice. BUT, it only tells you total amounts of food for your meals and doesn't reflect back to the actual recipe. This isn't the biggest deal, but I live alone and occasionally have guests over for dinner. So my grocery list might say 10oz of chicken, but I may be having chicken 3 times that week and two of them I have a guest over for. The app doesn't factor in meals for multiple people and then I have to go back and forth to the meal/grocery list to try and account for that. Easy enough, but the poor UI design makes it challenging, which is not a good thing when you're already dealing with an eating disorder. Final Thought: You are probably new to diabetes. You have probably done a lot of scouring the internet and have only found this (at least, that's what happened with me) The app looks professional enough to give you the help you need, but it just fails to do so. Don't get until they've fixed their issues. It is a waste of money.

J'ai payé (39€) et le logiciel fourni ne FONCTIONNE PAS. Je précise que mon niveau en informatique est suffisant pour savoir que c'est bien l'appli qui est défaillante et non mes médias (ordinateur et iPhone) qui sont à jour. Ma réclamation auprès de PayPal a été refusée en raison de "le vendeur a fourni la preuve que l'objet avait été livré", ce qui est une pure et simple arnaque. Je déconseille absolument ce produit car KLINIO n'a même pas daigné me répondre après mon signalement, et m'ayant juste dit que mon compte "avait été réinitialisé correctement". Ce n'est jamais agréable de perdre ainsi de l'argent pour rien.
