KlinioReviews of klinio.com

I love the learning academy!!! It's been truly helpful. The meals are great ideas but not practical for me and for what I have around me for resources. I live in a very rural area.

I struggle to log meals as Klinio doesn't allow for creativity. The recipes provided assume the user has all the ingredients without a discussion about shopping.

A couple's experience with Klinio. My wife and I both ended up downloading Klinio and getting started with it over one month ago. While there is definitely room for improvement, which I'll get back to, we have been enjoying it. It's really nice to get involved with the meal plan and have all these different recipes to try out. Many of them have opened our eyes to new ingredients and have been quite enjoyable. Also, it made us realize how much quantities play a part. I had definitely been taking too big a portion of many things, but have been able to scale back now. I have also enjoyed the workouts they offered and have been doing them quite often. The only this missing so far is an audible timer. Visual doesn't work for some of the exercises - hard to see your phone when you're on your back. One of their nutrition videos talked about the importance of eating veggies, but the meal plan was a bit sparse on veggies. A query to them about this got back a reply that you are free to add veggies as much as you need. This should have been made much more clear when we started using the app. The ability to search is there, but limited. With my wife and I both using the meal plans, sometimes we want to eat the same recipe but we are offered different quantities, of course. Trying to find the exact recipe in the app to match them up is almost impossible. They need to improve their search methods! So in sum, we are happy with Klinio and it is helping us eat a more healthy and interesting diet. We would recommend it.

The recipes have all been delicious. They might not sound delicious but if you take a leap of faith and try them, they have all been good. I’ve lost weight and my whole family enjoys the meals. I only use the app for recipes, but will renew my membership because there are many options. Also every few weeks you retake the food preferences quiz and get new recipes. I am not diabetic but this is the best app for us. Our family is gluten and dairy free and the amount of variety in the recipes is hands down the best I’ve seen anywhere.

I just need to be able to get a set schedule going which i am having a hard time. I've been remembering yo take my meds though. Your recipes breakfast, lunches, dinners and snacks are wonderful. I have a tendency to not log in all the time. I have actually started exercising on a stationary bike. Im waiting to move soon so i have been taking care of it and on top all that i am doing im trying to get my daughter home from Michigan. I have been a single mom her whole life so i take of everything. I really like the program a lot this is so far the one first i had money and for only 3 months. It is a program that works. Plus im a different diabetic. I already weigh 112 but when i first got diagnosed i weighed 116 and dropped clear down to 94 pounds. My weight came back up with the pandemic. So i really dont need to lose weight. Thank you so much for wanting to hear from. Its great just need a set schedule and do retail for work hard to have a set schedule when you work around them not them around you. Thank you so much. Sincerely Amee Squires

I sailed through my first week. My meal choices were similar to what I was eating before "MyDiabetes". The main difference is portion size an water intake. My glucose was lowered almost immediately. I dropped two pounds in my first week. I'm determined to reach my goal. With this program I feel it won't be hard. Thanks for your help.

I feel I am going to be able to stick to this new lifestyle. I like having all of my meals and recipes at my fingertips. I wasn't able to stick to this exactly this first week because I don't have all of the ingredients yet. There are so many meals that I like and they taste good too. So far so good!

This app has taken me to a new understanding of how I can get my life back!
